I've had this problem too, I feel like I'm wasting so much time when I sleep and it feels especially shitty when It doesn't even rejuvenate you. But overtime I've found your best bet is to just be as naturally healthy as you can and think of your sleep as in thepursuit of a goal. I wanted to get super jacked and your body cant recover adenosine or really move into a hypertrophic state without rest. So it was an easy calculation, sleep on the days you work our at least. But there's more If you eat what you know you should, high protein low fat, medium carbs, good micronutrients, take a vitamin supplement, get some sun, the sleep will actually better rejuvenate you progressively. Also take creatine and stay hydrated. Creatine is an electrolyte and helps your body better realize the potential of rest. Just live meaningfully and you'll start to experience the benefits of sleep in no time. |

I understand you soo much. This week I had a bunch of important events early in the morning, and even though I tried staying up late the night before to tire myself out and go to bed early, I just spent 7 hours straight lying there awake. I took meds for this a while back, but they just made me sleep during the day and sleep really badly at night. I can't really give you tips because it depends on the person, just wanted to say you're not alone in this and wish you good luck (╥_╥) |
