Aww I feel super bad for you :( but what I would do is just try to move on and find someone else I know it might be hard but a person like he was is not the one for you  . I don’t know you personally but I know that no one should be treated like that and so it best to just not be around people like that so that why I think you should just try to move on and have a good day
