There's actually Private Messaging here as someone said.

Honestly, I don't really talk much on it but I'm open to respond and discuss when some friends of mine here sent a message.

But when it comes to me sending first then I don't really do unless I really need to for some reason.

there is indeed a messaging feature !! it's on the bottom right of your screen. it's pretty easy to miss
