Real. When mine was bad I used hydrocortisone. Vaseline Extreme Repair is what I use for lotion and it works wonders |

i have epaderm for when its milder but when it gets bad i have to use a steroid ointment,vaseline i've found is very good for before going into a pool,like a barrier between the skin and chlorine.
