I think so. Final survivors are kind of a staple of slashers and they do a lot to drive the narrative. Viewers have a viewpoint to follow through the whole movie so it doesn't feel disjointed. Everyone dying feels excessive. I guess you know best since it's your story but I don't think a 'nobody wins' narrative is very engaging. |
