judging by what i read your friend could have some sorta DID or it could have been written completely subconsciously, like sleepwalking but instead of walking it's typing. it's unlikely that it's either of these things but that's my only suggestions other than they're having a stroke or messing with you.

also you should call someone and make sure your friend is ok, have they texted anything since? in the first paragraph they talked about killing themselves on 9/26 (or __/9/26).

DID stands for dissociative identity disorder. basically, it's like having two or more personalities (AKA alters) in one body. usually there's one alter that "fronts" (which means they're basically the one that's conscious most of the time). DID stems from trauma, usually at an early age in life. It can affect the way you perceive the world and even your memory. one alter might front and say something completely insane, and the other alters won't remember it.
if your friend sometimes just randomly starts active weird or out of character for them, it could be a different personality. Notice how they "talk" to two different people (Center and Left). DID can also directly affect or be connected to anxiety, suicidal thoughts, delusions/dissasociating (out-of-body experiences), and self-harming behavior.
another thing to note is if you friend ever just randomly does something extremely weird (like that message) and then doesn't remember doing it. if you think your friend had DID, i urge you to try and help them through it (by being supportive and stuff) and to attempt to get them diagnosed.

is your friend speaking in code? i could decipher "laying in my room" and "nobody asked if i was decomposing" but i can't decipher much else.
