I personally wouldn't eat it but I found it interesting that there are so many different ways to lay an aspic. It's a culinary art but I still shudder the way Coraline did in the movie. I wouldn't mix my vegetables with jello. I would add fruit if anything. :)

OOOOH i get it now!!! yeah i totally like your idea!!!! it is cool to have fruit sitting this way... you could serve it along ice cream and chantilly yummy /gen /srs
