Okay so I can give u tips but just because someone has those things doesn't automatically make them gay, it's just common things. - Alternative subcultures historically being counter cultural and having mostly agreed on the values of the gay being okay. If they don't judge dressing unlike others they probably don't judge u not feeling like pulling the opposite gender - "Nerdy interests" like things that seem the person is "too mature for" but they are fine expressing it anyway because they aren't judgemental of that - Hanky code and carabines those, and sometimes specific placements of earrings have been used as subtle hints between gay people (One earring on the right lobe and hanky code for gay men, carabines on trousers for lesbians) without explicitly stating so, so that they can find partners or people alike without/ or less fear of judgement. Though even today not everyone knows that so you might see it on unaware straight people - Language some queer people have specific terms they use among themselves, usually to hint at it or just because it spread and sticked together. For instance doll = a trans woman (that's a very cute word actually), drag = a style of crossdressing, butch = a masc lesbian, and more - Gender non-conforming expression not to be confused with being nonbinary. What I'm talking about is that for instance a lot of lesbians have complicated relationships with gender, or that a lot of gay people do drag, or that some couples have the roles of a top and bottom in which one is more submissive than the other etc. ALSO IF I'M WRONG ABOUT ANYTHING PLZ CORRECT ME!!! |

everyone is gay and can be gay, they just choose if they'll stick to it or become interested in the opposite gender... OR BOTH |
ehh I can't say EVERYONE is gay or they can choose to be gay, but I can believe that all of us have a bit of gayness in us whether we like it or not. Sexuality is a spectrum after all
