I burn cds :-p I'm sure there are better ways to go about downloading music but I usually look up all of my songs and youtube and use a youtube to mp3 converter. When you plug in your external CD drive to your computer, it should open up the legacy windows media player, but I use CDBurnerXP. Everything else is pretty self explanatory. I have an ad-free youtube to mp3 converter link if you'd like that
