Gaia is a nice name! The age where someone figures out what they want to do in their life is different for everyone. I personally want to be a social worker or a politician/lawyer, but that may change by the time I'm in college. Maybe in the future you'll decide that you do want to "grow up" (whatever society has made that to mean), or maybe you can start your own thing or something. It's good to enjoy your teenage years, and if you're not super passionate about something right now then that's fine |

Hii Gaia, I think you don't have to find what your job you want to do later. I still don't know what I want to do later, and I am 20 now. Honestly, I don't even know what I want to do next year or tomorow, so just find things you like doing and enjoy doing them. |
