Easy solution to this. The internet has never been built more for kids than ever and it sucks. Everything is censored, entire ideas and all sorts of normal content that kids would even experience in real life is banned everywhere. To ""protect"" your "fragile eyes" from the real world and the truth. Even though this is basically backfiring and turning everyone into weaklings who are afraid of everything, and can't tolerate anyone with different opinions now.

Anyways firstly, fear is in your mind, you can control that. ;P That doesn't mean IGNORE it ALL the time, and brazenly YOLO it up. But rather, you can listen to that justified fear and take logical steps to mitigate those fears. Just how most mountain climbers use good rigging, and pegs, and safety ropes. Or scubadivers have backup air lines, and backup tanks, bouancy bags, etc.

Secondly, kids in the 2000's and 2010's basically never put their real name and location and age and identifying information online. If someone asked everyone usually just said yeah I'm 18 and I'm from Cali. (They are like 12 and from Kansas though.)

Basically there were almost no problems then. If someone doesn't know where you live or your name they can't get to you. So don't give them the keys/clues to that and you are good.

If a company or who ever doesn't know who YOU are, then YOU are safe whenever some evil idiot tries to target you. The worst they can do is say mean things about "evilunicorncat". Rather than dox/swat you.

You can make content and still interact with people without putting your real name/face out there. You can always send that information to your trusted/close friends in private later anyways if it's really really really necessary.
