I know it isn't the best thing to hear but you should leave him. Do not stay in a relationship where you are not feeling loved nor do you feel love. 

You deserve to be a relationship where you feel loved. You should feel warmth, happiness, love, romance, passion, everything. If the relationship is beginning to feel like a chore, if it is beginning to feel like the passion is gone, if it is beginning to feel like you aren't in love with each other it is time to go. 

Not only do you deserve to be with someone who you love, but so does he. You both should be with someone you love and care about. 

I know it's hard to end a relationship, I know it isn't fun, but staying in a relationship where you hate someone will only create resentment and will not be a fulfilling and prosperous relationship. 

If you want to save the relationship and work on falling in love with each other again, I recommend going on dates, spending quality time together, and discussing each others love languages. You may be able to work on loving each other again with time, but I will be honest I have rarely seen this be done successfully.
