true i struggled with my screen tie and im still fixing it, but i have hobbies like reading or journaling and more so even i get cofnused when people say they dont have hobbies like huhh

People that have hobbies are usually busy with those hobbies, and it's easy to meet other people in those hobbies.

If you ask people online what their hobbies are the portion of people you talk to whose hobby is just "being online and talking to people" is gonna be huge. ;P

If you want to meet people with hobbies you go participate in that hobby itself usually, at least that's the best way to do it imo.

most people prefer to take shortcuts to everything (hence the explosion of IA usage) and if they can get dopamine by using one finger to scroll all day instead of doing something that actually requires effort they will 100 percent prefer the easy way

There are so many great activities you could be doing. even ON the addictive little screen, how could you NOT have hobbies??
