I'm already 4 months in college and let me tell you, they weren't joking on how fast it is and I'm currently at the semi-finals this first semester. 😭 And the procrastination thing, HAHA. I can relate... But if you are struggling being anxious around public, there's not much I can say since I'm not a professional and I have social anxiety but more on "getting used to it" but maybe your anxiety is a little different and I know it's not that easy to overcome anxiety. All I can say is that don't beat yourself up and call yourself a skill issue for not being able to handle everything, a simple hi can help you with that, there are alot of people that are willing to talk to you even for a small amount of time, but it is entirely up to you what's best that may help yourself. Yes it is nice to take the meds and always seek professional help... Someday, you will be able to interact with other people. Of course, it won't happen overnight and there's always a chance that could happen...It can be lonely at times in college and it's okay, I feel you. Please take care of yourself ❤️🩹 |
