Hihi  ^-^  I guess my best tip would be one oc = one personality/aesthetic. you seem to have two different ideas going. . . . . you can always make two ocs!!! they can even be related, maybe they're twins, or girlfriends, or like mirrors of eachother but with different styles. For your second oc, you can also give her an angel-esque name, like Cherub, Valkyrie, Saint, etc.

Also, for the colors thing, I find it easiest to pick an aesthetic --> then pick colors. your cyber design can be neon pink and your softcore design can be baby blue, but as long as the aesthetic is the same, itll look like the same character! also deciding personality will help you decide the tail if you want, i have plenty of ocs that have an ""optional"" tail to their design that i only include half the time  :P
