Okay, but it's up to you if you wanna make the first move and confess.

Maybe he also had feelings for you, so you'll never know what you have until you made the first move.

I think you could do it in a manner like "hey, I have feelings for you I'm not sure what you had for me but if you're only want me as a friend the sure I have no problems with that.".

You'll never know until you made a first move.

It's up to you though.

I myself am too much of a pussy to confess but i have dropped multiple hints and thank you for responding!
