its more for the people who havent picked up the habit yet. for example someone who drinks and drives on the regular probably wont take a drunk driving psa seriously, however a random teenager seeing it may or may not get scared straight |

They are just telling you the bad side effects of vaping. Yes, people are still going to vape. If they put up ads on why vaping is so bad they should tax it or ban it entirely. |
