I HAD SAME PROBLEM SO LISTEN you have to copy url thingy like link of your layout and then go on edit your profile and scroll all way down till you find huge empty space and paste link there and save it all then you will have layout on!:) |

oh im sorry but idk i also struggle bit, maybe try copying link of blog layout and place it where layout link is??
