Hm, honestly I don't see any problems with that and I think it's fine and much better than doomscrolling on TikTok and Instagram.
And I think you're doing good at it, so I'd say you can keep up with it.
And have that balanced with other stuff like Playing Video Games and other hobbies along with the stuff you have to do on daily basis.
