It is perfectly normal to hit a stage in life where you feel that you don't know yourself. It is okay to feel like your interest, hobbies, likes, dislikes just aren't you anymore. It's just important that you take that as a sign to find yourself. Now is the perfect time to try out new hobbies, go on new adventures, try new foods, try new shows, watch new movies, the world is your oyster.

Don't get me wrong, feeling this way is scary. It is scary to feel this way and I can understand how feeling this way can be overwhelming. It is just important that you take this new found version of yourself and get to learn it. Grow with it, find out new things about yourself, and really learn to love this version of yourself.

If you start to feel like you're struggling to find new hobbies, if you're loosing interest in everything, if you're starting to feel depressed then I recommend reaching out to someone. Reach out to your parents, guardian, trusted adult, teacher, school counselor, etc. and let them know that you are feeling this way. It's important that you identify the difference between finding a new version of yourself and seeing the tell-tale signs of depression. I recommend reading through the symptoms of depression and seeing if they apply to you, and just to be safe, talking with a professional to ensure that you are not facing depression.

Just incase if you don't know the tell-tale signs of depression, there is an article by the Mayo Clinic about Depression that lists the symptoms. Depression (major depressive disorder) - Mayo Clinic.

Sending you all my positive vibes and well wishes!

I don't really know either.

Maybe your tastes are changing like what you like and don't like or something.

I think that might be the case
