I'm ashamed of humans using violence towards each other, ashamed of humans who make terrible choices that kills people, ashamed of humans who neglect each other... Only to name a few.
I don’t think you should feel ashamed, I know it’s not easy since there’s a lot of shameless people in this world.
But I don’t see any good in blaming humanity for the things that the wicked do, it’ll only serve to demoralize you and make you feel powerless, but you’re stronger than that.
There is still hope for humanity yet.
Though we may be powerless in a lot of ways in how the wicked treat others, we are not powerless in the ways we treat others ourselves.
There are still good people in this world, and they deserve to be counted as representatives of humanity as a whole.
Let compassionate people drive your faith in humanity, not the sinful and wicked. Because doing that will only give them more power over you.
All will be well, the wicked can’t live forever and the only way to heal from it is by carrying the humanity we wish to see in the world.
