Hey, I totally get it about the weird work week. Today is my Friday, next two days off thank goodness! 🙌 Sounds like you had a good time with the haunted trail. I haven’t done something like that in years. Halloween is my favorite holiday but work makes it hard for me to do anything fun anymore. Maybe instead of buying new shoes, just get some new insoles, that helps me. I get the ones for planter fasciitis, I noticed it helps me with all the walking I do in my store that I work at. Hopefully it’s not a too bad of a winter, I heard it’ll be mild because of El Niño. Let’s hope so anyway lol.. |

I am hoping it's mild as well. I totally get the workweek as well my Fridays are Thursdays most days so if I work the weekend they usually only schedule me Sundays but with the holidays coming up it's gonna be all over the place. (Retail is it's own mess with schedules)
I definitely thought about maybe some insoles but I wasn't sure with these shoes since the heel of the shoe is starting to go as well (I am super hard on shoes) I have one good pair of insoles I've been swapping out of my vans the past few weeks but my rocket-dogs are getting rough lol. I got them from a thrift store mostly brand new but there holding up a lot better than I thought.
I've been trying to do at least one spooky thing and one Christmas thing a year the past few years so I don't feel to left out. It's been weird since most of my family left or things happened so I've been trying to make sure my year feels mostly completed. I do hope your doing well :)

It is definitely my least favorite time of the year we're getting ready for black Friday and doing a full store remodel all at the same time :')

😱 that’s the worst!
My store is good for now. The store down the road from me had a remodel last year at this time and it was a nightmare. My management asked me to go help, I said no because I couldn’t. I definitely could this time if they asked.

I honestly don't mind the remodel but I feel like I am drowning in snowsuits and ski pants to hang/tag and all that fun stuff.
After working with clothes as much as I do now I honestly got a basket for clean laundry because I am done with dealing with clothes after I get home lol

I used to do the whole wash, fold and put away in the same day but I just cant anymore eventually I crack and put it away lol but for now in the basket it shall stay lmfao
