100%. If you have a different opinion, especially if its something touchy like politics or somesuch, some people react as if you shot their grandmother. No wonder everything is so fake and gay now |

Honestly I kind of disagree. I'd say the internet's only gotten crueler with age. Although maybe that cruelty is a direct result of being too soft? Like something akin to a kneejerk reaction. Yeah I feel like the internet is really just split in two, more people are being cruel because they know they're safe behind their little screen, but so many people also stopped knowing not to take things online to heart. I feel like this all just started evolving so much after 2020. Especially with how many kids are online nowadays. You genuinely just have to scroll trough snapchat spotlights for 5 minutes and you'll see 6 different ranters whining about someone hating on them. And while it's lovely to have communities online to chat with and to share your interest with, I feel like way too many of those communities nowadays are just so soft. Like therians will genuinely get so mad and take hate super personally which only makes them a bigger target. by Thatgirlnextdoor; ; Report |
I feel like people just wanna change others their opinions online.
In your eyes it might seem like they are wrong and you need to tell them whats right, in their eyes you're wrong. It's an endless loop of just pathetic arguments where people get butthurt easily and whine about it publicly later
