Get lucky on vinted/depop, or thrift clothes and upscale them. Look for cuts you like and sew designs into the shirts. Also, scene is pretty simple to be honest, you don't even need all that flashy stuff. Thrift a bright coloured tank top, and put a few holes in some skinny jeans and you're good. 

Also, you can't "mix coquette and scene". They're two separate subcultures. Just wear different pieces you like and stop confining yourself to a named style.
