i'd try looking on vinted, i usually find really cool stuff there. if you want a 2000s style try looking for: tight shirts/sweaters with very long sleeves, henley shirts, lace tank tops, denim miniskirts, velour hoodies... when it comes to styling, layering tank tops goes a long way, that and bootcut jeans will create a simple 2000s look. you can also try the weirder combos like skirt with jeans or cargo pants with flip flops

also don't be scared to buy second hand, it's cheaper and more eco friendly than buying new. if the item is clean and in good condition, it shouldn't really matter if it's been worn before
