Some of their lyrics are just incredible and sorely underrated. "Mama" has some amazing ones like, "we're all full of lies, we're meant for the flies, and right now they're building a coffin your size."

I'm in the exact same boat! Back in high school, I avoided them like the plague. Always this weird combo fear of either being called a poser, or being called cliche. Now I'm finally sitting down and listening to them, and some of their songs have reached my top favorites. Go figure!
