I'd suggest going to social groups, specifically clubs (like book clubs, chess clubs, etcetera) if you are wanting to try to find others with common interests. c:

hi, friend! don't lose hope- one month is not a terribly long amount of time being single. it'll happen with time, my suggestion is to not try to rush or force it. hang in there!! :3
