My town is essentially filled with either rich small business that only hire people they know or larger businesses that only hire people with at least 5+ years of experience. No one in my family has a car, so there is no way for me to get a job in my town. No job means no money which means no leaving. Getting into a dorm and getting an on-campus job or a job near the college is my only hope in making money
