I watched it too, I thought it was GREAT!! I've always been a Kane Pixels fan, and seeing the movie be placed in the same universe as the original series was great! Not only that, but it also ties into a few plot points within the main YouTube series without making it exclusively for Kane Pixel fans, The movie was confusing for a few people, sure, but it's a liminal space, You'd EXPECT for it to be like that. I feel like the people who say its bad just say so because it isnt the reddit version |

ive not watched it yet but everyone ive heard talk about it has said how bad it is and its not worth the watch but your the first person ive seen that says its actually good but also apparently its like some different theory of the backrooms or something where its just one level i think thats why everyones mad abt it? |

yeah i mean it's different from the wikidot version of the backrooms but 1. kane pixels backrooms have always been different, 2. even as someone who was really into the original backrooms in like 2021 tbh the version in the movie is more compelling to me. it is definitely worth a watch
