If I'm correct, you just have to find a cursor image

Using Miku as an example

and use a code that you either put in the body {} or * {} ( * means universal) tags

cursor: url('custom-pointer.png') (But instead of "cursor-pointer.png", I would use the url for the miku pointer)

But it also depends on where you would like the cursor too :>
