Well if you know this guy irl you should invite him to hang out one on one, if he declines, then he probably doesn't like you, but if he agrees, then you can talk more and maybe ask him out. If it's online, idrk, you can try texting him more frequently, but if it feels like he doesn't wanna talk to you, you shouldn't try to force a relationship. Good luck! |

be direct, being direct on what you want is probably the best way and it sets a foundation for the future, and if he rejects you then it's his loss |

Then I think the best thing to do would tell him how you feel, that way he can't be indirect with his reply, otherwise he might be trying to lead you on, which is not worth your time. I know it can be scary but it's the best way to do things.
