this reminded me of something i found on Tumblr around when my area was experiencing a heatwave so thought u might find this useful as water isn't the only thing you need to keep your body working during extreme heat, so hopefully something here is useful, bc apparently these are all ways to make homemade electrolyte drinks TToTT
