cyber glacier

It's getting really cold outside these days and I have been wondering sitting inside my cozy room what kind of blog i should make... I havent made one in a while and even though no one really reads/sees most of them, i really enjoy making them! ESPECIALLY i love making them look pretty :3

And while i was going through my older blogs for inspiration, i got stuck looking at my old pingu blog. Now if you know me you know im absolutely obsessed with pingu but thats not the point- I really really loved that blog... I wanted to recreate something with a different topic but keep the same vibe and reuse that awesome digicam code again! 

So after some not so deep thinking, i decided on cyber glacier! I cant say im actually super knowledgeable on it but i know i like what comes up when i type it in google and pinterest! And from what i could gather (a 15 minute quick research lol) it's a sort of digital winter aesthetic? It's inspired by y2k futurism and similar stuff that use retro futuristic elements, 2000s computer graphics, lots of ice, water, light blue and white! Occasionally ppl add penguins to the mix and water. A lot of the aesthetic is just edited images. I think some are also 3d models or smth similar? People use words like serene, tranquil and dream-like to describe it.

I've always liked ice/icy visuals, and my pingu blog had something similar! Which is why i was drawn to this aesthetic so much. I think i just like the blinding but satisfying visuals of icicles even without the cyber aspect to it. It's cold and smooth but for some reason it also brings that warm nostalgia feeling in me alive! For one it also makes me think of club penguin lolz. I've also seen ppl associate it with dreamy aesthetics and that kind of uncanny/nostalgic feeling. I definitely see it too and it's part of why i like frutiger aqua/aero as well!

oh and uhhh... I think i just have a leniency to the color blue 

listteennn i just really like coordinating my hair color and my seasonal aesthetics! Theres nothing better to distract me from my boring adult life than unrealistic and bright 2000s aesthetics. I like fooling myself that there is still a future that can look like retro futurism instead of capitalism and working myself to death....

Anyway while looking for the for more info i also found a bunch music compilations that ppl relate to this aesthetic! I dont think the background song is really in any of them, i added it bc i just like the song lol. But i did get most of these images from the wiki page!

AND i also found a cyber glacier keyboard lol it's very pretty but i wouldnt have thought id find a product literally named after this? Maybe im missing something but eh oh well.. i dont feel  like doing any more research rn. Im happy with this rn and if i feel like i wanna yap about this more and look further into it, i can... later :D

In the end i really liked looking through the images and pages under the cyber glacier category and i like looking at this blog too :3 I hope you enjoyed it too
