DDLC is the best psychological horror graphic novel🙏

Hoy les voy a hablar de mi juego fav: DDLC, o sea Doki Doki Literature Club.

Es un videojuego estilo novela gráfica de terror psicológico.

Básicamente va de un club de literatura: sos un chico que se une gracias a su amiga Sayori, y ahí conocés a otras chicas (Natsuki, Yuri y Monika). Te vas acercando a cada una según tus preferencias. Al principio parece un típico juego de citas… pero después TODO se va al carajo.

No voy a spoilear, pero si tenés cierta madurez emocional y no te impresionan las muertes gráficas (igual estilo anime), te lo súper recomiendo. Eso sí, no es para niñxs. Lean la descripción antes de jugarlo.

Ahora sí, por qué me encanta. Spoiler alert!

Amo el terror psicológico y lo bien escrito que está. Cada chica tiene un trauma distinto, y mientras más lo pensás, más cosas vas entendiendo. Sus actitudes tienen todo el sentido del mundo según lo que vivieron, y eso lo hace mucho más fuerte.

Es un juego que te pega fuerte, te deja pensando y posta, después de jugarlo no sos el/la mismx.

Es buenísimo. Juéguenlo.

Today I’m gonna talk about my favorite game: DDLC, aka Doki Doki Literature Club.

It’s a psychological horror visual novel.

Basically, it’s about a literature club. You play as a guy who joins because of his friend Sayori, and there you meet other girls (Natsuki, Yuri, and Monika). You get closer to them depending on your choices. At first it feels like a typical dating sim… but then everything goes completely off the rails.

No spoilers, but if you have some emotional maturity and graphic deaths (anime style) don’t bother you, I highly recommend it. Definitely not for kids though. Check the game description before playing.

Now, why I love it. Spoiler alert!

I love psychological horror and how well written it is. Each girl has a different trauma, and the more you think about it, the more details you start noticing. Their behavior actually makes sense based on what they’ve been through, which makes it hit way harder.

It’s one of those games that really sticks with you. After playing it, you’re not the same.

It’s amazing. Go play it.
