DEMO/WIP: two headed boy

This is a practically year old attempt at a cover of the song Two-Headed Boy by Neutral Milk Hotel. The original is one of my favorite songs of all time, but I've always thought it was much too energetic to be entirely acoustic (not that that's to the song detriment, imo the solo guitar really brings out the intensity of Jeff Mangum's voice which is what makes the whole thing for me). I'm quite proud of how this turned out, but unfortunately doubt it'll ever be fully realized, which is for a few reasons. Mainly that I accidentally lost a few plugins that were essential to the mix while clearing out my computer a few months ago. But also I tend to do a lot of modular recording when making stuff, so I don't have full guitar track for the rest of the song, and can't be fucked to remember how I got this tone originally. Still think what I had up to then is pretty nice though!
