DIY projects

So if u wanna be a cool goth or punk or whatever like kid- and you have like NO money. DIY, its alternative culture's spirit. 

shirtz: 

you can buy cheap blank shirts from Walmart, stuff like that
for dark colors, use paint or bleach (on a paintbrush PLEASE for the love of sweet father baphomet don't get like bleach all over your hands)
for lighter colors you can use markers (sharpie works well) or paint. 
I recommend putting something like sketchbooks, dictionaries, old broken laptops under the layer of the shirt you're drawing on so nothing bleeds through. you can trace patterns/logos on like paper n stuff or just randomly draw stuff. you can make stencils from thicker paper or cardboard.
if you're handling bleach BE CAREFUL, do it outside, its toxic fumes, you're gonna get high or smth.

custom trapp/tripp pants:

you can buy like cheap pants n stuff. you can rip/cut strips from other pants or even jackets or shirts and attach them to the pants, you can also use old chains, rope and sew them on. you can make patches from old shirts or bags.

custom dog tag/razor necklaces:

you can buy dog tags from like I think like hardware stores? or online. then engrave or burn things into them. then attach it to a chain, rope, string. same thing with like a razor from something.

jewelry:

you can buy chain making kits or already made chain link. or even pick up random like beads, make Kandi stuff like that. use a old jean material, cut it up to fit you, sew buttons, find studs n stuff, make yourself a studded/spiked bracelet.

fake piercings:

I usually make fake snakebites/septum piercings from jump rings. cut up and curve notebook binding, or like wire, I recommend bendy wire, but not too bendy, because it can be a struggle bending small thick wire without hurting yourself. (IT HURTS SO BAD-). 
if you want to give yourself a piercing, I recommend not doing it unless you REALLY wanna but don't blame it on me- uh just use sterile stuff PLEASEEEEE, I've never gotten an infection but I'm pretty sure it sucks ass.

thrift:

thrifting is awesome, and hand-me-downs. if its some UGLY like bright orange (unless you want that) shirt, you want it like black or smth, dye it black. you can also find dope ass jeans or jackets at thrifts (I HAVE!!! didn't buy em tho, kinda sad bout it).
