Like, someone push you really hard and you got knockback, it felt like you got this angry emotion and wanted to push him back too, there's like a spark sent to your brain, telling you to pay it back. Idk, maybe its just me who are too sensitive, but my friend said that maybe i'm in a stage where i need to learn to control my emotion, but my teenage body need more time to adapt with it, which is sucks cuz there's this one time at school where i got angry by my bro because he said our group for this English project are screwed up, my other friend didn't showed up, this one friend didn't remember he's dialogue yet and my writing is ass.
THAT part triggered me, i grip he's collar and yelled at him "THE FUCK DO YOU WANT IT TO BE THEN??" he was suprised and scared, he then try to calm me down, after that i apologize to him and i really didn't mean to do that. I felt bad, even after school i cried in my room thinking "why did i do that?" And it happen again when someone slap my back really hard, i shout curse word in my language and the whole class heard it, that slap was meant for a joke, but what kind of joke the include hurting someone back, i'm okay if my bro slap my booty but slapping back that hard is hurt as fuck. Note of today: i ain't cutting my hair, fuck school rule
