One of the easiest things to make, and it's great if you have Absolutely Nothing in your fridge.
— 1 cup flour
— 1/2 cup warm water
— Pinch of salt
Add these together in a bowl. Nothing crazy or scientific. Beat the shit out of it, bare knuckle. Add in pinches of flour as you go if it's stubborn about sticking to your hands. Mash it together until it solidifies.
Smack it between your palms until it's flat. Throw it into a pan with oil. If you have a cast iron, I totally recommend it, but it's fine if you don't.
Great little snack. Good for gnawing on, or having with stews. I call it Doom Bread because you RIP AND TEAR it. Also because it might outlast the apocalypse with how tough it is. +10 jaw strength. Immaculate.
