Lost another legend today: Dory Funk Jr. I still remember exactly where I was when I heard his brother Terry died a few years ago. While the world was morning a young Bray, I was absolutely beside myself about the death of an aging man with a propensity to roll in barbed wire. Terry was one of if not my favorite wrestler of all time. Dory Jr. often gets overlooked by this generation and even the generation before this, who saw more of Terry in his quarterly retirement matches. Dory was less flamboyant sure, but wouldn't dare call him boring. Like his brother and their father before them, Hoss had presence. That kind of "Don't F with him no matter how big you are" kind of presence. The Funks as brothers have to be one of the best tag teams of all time as well. If you haven't seen it, check out one of my favorite matches I've seen of them from their time in Japan. RIP Dory. My heroes have always been cowboys.

Yikes, that's sad.... This is the first time I've heard of this new here. as I'm a huge Professional Wrestling fan too though I haven't seen much on Dory Funk Jr. but I've watched some of his matches on ECW especially one with the Public Enemy where one of the Public Enemy got hanged upside down from the balcony in the 2300 Arena.
R.I.P. Dory Funk .Jr :(
