dreamcore oc i came up with last year φ(．．)

i might change a couple things if i like them enough to keep as an oc, but yeah! they've got an appearance and a backstory! haven't touched them in forever, still haven't given them a name or anything else either ꒰#’ω`#꒱੭ maybe one of you could come up with something?

the backstory:

this (currently) nameless entity was originally a human. they fell asleep one night and woke up in a strange world that wasn't their own. after exploring for a while, they came across an abandoned butchery. not thinking much of it, they went inside, horrified to discover that there was human body parts hung upon hooks. what the human didn't know was that the longer you stayed, the more your own body began to morph into the human meat surrounded by it. they managed to escape within a few days time, but unfortunately were not quick enough before their face turned into the heart muscle it is now. 

displeased with their new head, the human searches for a way to fix themselves. a native of the universe says to meet with a deity by completing a strenuous journey to reach the worship grounds, as this was their only chance at being able to get their head back. off they go, risking death several times until they arrive at the holy site where the bodiless winged eyes live. the human tells their story, and the eyes say that unfortunately, they can't do anything about their organ head. the deities do, however, strike them a deal. since they had gone so far to reach them and had requested their help so politely, the human would be granted wings, both for travel convenience and as a symbol of their protection. the human agrees, and quickly realizes that they're not so much a human anymore. as they navigate back to where they came, they come to terms with their new identity and eventually embrace it. after all, there's no way back home— they might as well get used to the oddness as soon as possible.
