Duolingo

So, probably nobody cares, but I do, so I'm gonna talk about it. Yesterday I was informed that Duolingo replaced all their human translators with ai. Like a year ago. I was unaware of this. But I've got a 580-ish day streak, and I don't want to just abandon it, so I think what I'm gonna do is get to 600, because it's so close anyway, and then quit. It feels better to end it on a round number. This sucks man. I wasn't learning much in my German anyway, so that part doesn't really matter, and it was getting mildly annoying, but I kind of got attached to it. I started it right around (like within two weeks I think) when the whole thing with my past friend started, and I've kept doing it ever since then, through every phase of my life in the past 600 days, I still got up and did my Duolingo every morning. And now it feels a bit strange to leave it. I'm probably being dramatic about this, but I'm dramatic about everything, so it's normal to me.
