It’s perfectly understandable to miss him it’s part of moving on. Your boyfriend is a coward and a loser for doing that to you, it’s up to you if you want to forgive him, but just remember your mental health is important and you should focus on yourself.
I think it was fate to find this out, it would hurt to know this way later on when things are getting more serious, it’s never going to be your fault for what he did. Again it’s normal to miss him, he was your boyfriend and you two probably spent a good amount of time together just please never think it’s your fault because it will never be your responsibility for his actions. My ex gf left me two times for someone else and broke up with me the 3rd time cuz her parents were racist and didn't like me. Ik it feels like ur fault but what they decided to do is on them. I also miss the hugs and kissing and the flirting but ik it's not the end of the world. Its worse to not find out rather than just knowing trust me then you are loving a person who doesn't actually like u back and it's a waste of time. You will find someone again I promise <3
