u gotta have the URL of said image! i usually upload my images to this website called cloudinary and then copy the URL from there! "Cloudinary is a platform that allows you to upload, store, manage, optimize, and deliver images and videos for websites and mobile applications."
and after u have done that u press the image icon in the chat box and paste the url !
