My dolls

I LOVVEEE collecting dolls and have about 15 so far. I don't know what really got me into collecting dolls it just kinda happened ig. Most of my dolls I get from goodwill and other thrift stores around my area. I do have a few dolls I got through unique ways! (●'◡'●)

My very first doll!

I got her from my great-grandmother before she pasted. The doll is from the 1800's which is insane to me. She is made of this very shiny glass/porcelain and she is very delicate. I'm always so scared to drop and break her （；´д｀）ゞ

My Asian dolls

I have two different Asian dolls I believe one of them if Chinese and the other is Japanese (I'm not completely sure). The one sitting I found at goodwill (I was shook) and the other I found at a vintage store in Milwaukee. I almost didn't buy her but I'm so happy i did!!! They both are made of cloth rather than porcelain which is pretty cool. They both look like older dolls but idk what time they were made (you can see one of my cats in the background lol)

My red riding hood doll

I ordinally found her at a thrift store which isn't too interesting BUT she came with her original box AND a certificate of authenticity!!! I FREAKED when I saw this and grabbed her up right away.  She also came with a little booklet telling the store of Little red riding hood. She was so unique I decided to make her a little home in my stained glass class. it is a dark and scary forest inspired by the story. I designed, cut, and put together the whole thing and it took me the whole class to make it (Thankfully I got an A on it!!!) (￣y▽￣)╭ Ohohoho.....

Voice box doll

I have two of them but I'm going to just talk about one of them. The one im going to talk about is a baby inside of a bed? cradle? Idk what to call it. But it had a voice box in it and when you crank it a song plays and it moves. It so cool and I love it so much. The reason why it's so special is because my boyfriends moms boyfriends step-mom (its confusing I know) gave it to me as a gift. It was so cool and a huge shock when she gifted me it. I love this doll so much and I am so grateful I was gifted it. The only creepy thing is the music box plays on its own once in a while so it might be haunted... （⊙ｏ⊙）

My dolls are my life and they are a huge part of who I am! Any other doll havers I would LOVE you see what kind of doll you have.
