I find it better to use a computer since you'll need to open more pages and copy paste the links of the images that you want, doing that on a cellphone can be quite overwhelming and you get very limited visual space :[

If you're curious on how to make a layout, you can go on profile, tap layouts and there will be a create new layout button on it, friendrewind has two features where you can use it's visual customization or you can code it yourself. It's easier to use visual because it imediattly converts it to HTML, so all you do is have to work with putting images and choosing colours, there's also a preview button on the bottom of the page so you can see your layout.

For more specific codes like putting a character on the bottom of your screen, you can find really cool stuff on spacehey, or some of them scattered around blogs and other social media, so when you have your layout ready, you can go to the HTML area and paste the code of whatever decoration you want there. Tho in my experience finding codes or anything that works are really dificult if spacehey isn't allowed in your region or if you don't have an account since it's invite only now, it's all about patience and creativity, hope i explained this well!! :3
