I rlly like how salty they are and they are js in general better BUT I do like the variety of flavors that comes along with goldfish and did anyone else play the goldfish story game as kid?? It would be a commercial and then there would be two options to pick from kinda like a choose your own story ig its not a game but i think there was games on the actual site idk

imo both are valid snacking options, and you do have quite a bit of choice either way, but the one thing i'll give to goldfish is that they have some flavors that aren't just variants of cheese, like cheez-it flavors are. u got the s'mores goldfish (do they even still make those? they better!) if u want somethin' sweet. also you have the rainbow goldfish and they taste better than the OG if ya ask me. but cheez-its do have a way better texture and there are even some options for a different texture like extra crunchy, or grooves.
now, there's also the matter of whales, the oft-forgotten "knockoff" of goldfish, which, while they do have a really nice flavor that, imho, knocks goldfish outta the park (or bowl?), they don't (to my knowledge) have any different flavors and are harder to find.
bottom line here is that cheese-flavored snacks are really good except i really don't like cheetos for a reason i can't really place. maybe it's the dust, or the fact that any version of cheetos is better than the original? idk, i'm just an alien :P
GOSH YES THE WHALES ARE SOSOSOS GOOD honestly same w the penguin and turtles i have seen too are also so good and idk if the smores one is still made bc those are also good
