Reddit is a good place to ask. If the band has a subreddit you can ask if anyone is going and is down to be friends or meet up, that's what a lot of people do. (Atleast what i see for my favorite band.) If you do go up to someone in person, I'm very sure they'll be nice and right off the bat you'll have something in common and that's that you both like Arranged in April so there's an immediate topic to talk about.

Maybe you could meet people while you're waiting in line before the venue opens!! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ I know it can be really nerve-wracking, but I honestly think that's one of the best ways to do it. Most of the friends I've made at concerts were when I went by myself and walked up to a group to ask if I could hang out with them. Everyone ended up being really sweet! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
I hope you manage to find other people who are going to the concert!! ♡ And if you don't, don't worry! Going to a concert by yourself is honestly one of the best experiences. You get to enjoy everything at your own pace, but who knows; you might make some new friends while you're there! (≧◡≦) ♡

ohmygoodness hai thank you for the encouragement !! I'm likely going to do exactly that since I do in fact love meeting people in person, this is just my first time doing so at a concert :3
