HEYYYY, i really love music but i realized i dont usually listen much. i have a bunch of fav songs and artists and i make different playlists but i dont ACTUALLY listen to them. and when i do put my headphones on i feel like i just listen to deftones over and over (might be autism)
i would reallyyy love if someone could introduce me to the BEST songs and artists you know, like, the ones you dont get tired of. it doesnt matter if its not "niche" enough or if its "cringe" i want cool music.
for reference i love deftones, joost, nirvana, pantera, type o negative, soad, radiohead, slowdive, tv girl, foo fighters...

You probably already know about The Smiths, but I super suggest them, along with LSD and the Search for God. (Which I see someone else has suggested)!

i see you like soad, i assume that means system of a down, so i will suggest cojum dip! ive heard a lot of people say they sound similar and while i dont really see it theres a lot of overlap with the fans. reverse mullet is a pretty good starting point for them

If you like Deftones and Type O Negative, you would love Chevelle. The lead singer sounds kinda like Chino Moreno imo
Some of my favorite songs that got me start are: Comfortable Liar, Send the Pain Below, and Grab Thy Hand. I’d suggest trying Comfortable Liar first
You’d also probably like Linda Claire by Fleshwater !!
