The possible end of my blogging and forum tourism?

I'm not good with titles for blog posts, largely because I've never written one to my recollection. In other words, this is my first blog post ever.

I've been online for a long time and with that, from a debatably far too young age. Newgrounds, Gaia Online, Equipboard, ModularGrid, Dreamwidth, Spacehey,  the questionable teenage Tumblr years that I still regret, so on and so forth... For all the time I've spent on these sites, I've never really interacted with anyone beyond platitudes and memes. I sure as hell never posted anything about my life or interests, either.

For a long time, my justifications were these:

1. basic Net safety dictates you don't act as a self-doxxing moron when you're underage and/or too young to use the Web responsibly
2. does someone like me really merit a blog? not in a self-loathing sense, but in a "I'm just a standard issue human being" sense
3. if I were really so self-obsessed so as to blog so often with an unwarranted sense of superiority, I'd just fire up a Medium or Substack account
4. I haven't the faintest clue how to interact with people on forums and message boards without seeming strange in belief or vocabulary/grammar
5. the Internet is exhausting enough as is, I nuked my Discord account for a reason

Right now is still that "long time" in my eyes. I'll keep the rest of this post short.

I want to try to participate in forums more often and blog a little more. Not about myself as a person, but as a way to spit out thoughts and theories about my interests. If this sounds vague, it's because I haven't planned this much further ahead.

No need to. I'll just play this by ear and see where this takes us. I hope to find enjoyment in posting fun or thought-provoking matter and that perhaps, you might enjoy them too.
