Has anyone recently had an art block or creativity block for a very long time and unsure how to get out of it? I have had one for a very long time while I am regaining the love of creativity again, yet when I attempt to put it on paper it does not come out the way it wants to unfortunately

I had it for like 3 years. The most insane part is it got broken by getting banned from Roblox 😭

I've been out of my creative block for like 2 years now and idk if it will help because it might just be a personal discipline thing and different cus its in the form of music, but what I did was choose literally anything like a movie i just watched, a flower i found pretty, the color of the sky that evening and give myself homework to write smth for it. Inspiration can come from ANYTHING its just that sometimes you kinda have to force it to get the flow going. So personally giving myself homework worked for me, and make it very light like if youre drawing just give yourself a 10 min timer on a sketch. Force yourself to go outside and choose a random plant or object you see and be like, yes that will be my homework/study. At least that helped me
Yeah I will attempt that method honestly. Sometimes I have to blast music in my headphones and that usually works but recently it’s been 50/50🥲
